Media streams was wonderful. Now, we've gone the next step and
established what we think is the first and only streaming radio program
devoted to classical saxophone music!
ClassicSax Radio is now online at Live365.com, the
internet's largest collection of free radio stations.

Radio and enjoy over 10 hours
of streaming performances featuring some of the best performers and the
best concert literature for saxophone with piano, saxophone with
orchestra, as
well as quartets and large ensembles. Many of these recordings
are available at our online
catalog, but many are rare and long out-of-print. We
are
streaming at 32 kbs because we want as many people to be able to access
our station as possible. Most of the USA and most of the world
still accesses the internet via a dial-up connection, so a higher
bitrate
stream would not be able to be accessed by these
users. Our 32 kbs stream will sound like an FM radio
if your computer speakers are of reasonable quality. You can run
your computer output through a real stereo system for even better
fidelity.
